What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant / Shuttle Driver position at Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels?
PLEASE NOTE THIS JOB STARTS AT 4:30AM!
This is dual role- Will be responsible for shuttle rides (9 passenger van) to the airport and back and will also be responsible for the set up and take down of the breakfast area, and overseeing the stocking of the items during the required hours.
the Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving the daily complimentary breakfast for hotel guests.
Essential Job Functions:
- Providing personalized service to all guests.
- Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
- Preparing foods as per hotel brand standards.
- Stocking coffee, juice and milk machines or dispensers as demand requires.
- Setting out/arranging cold food, such as sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal for self-service.
- Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.
- Wiping up spills.
- Removing trash.
- Restocking self-service food and supplies as needed.
- Washing serving equipment and returning it to storage.
- Returning reusable food supplies to storage.
- Keeping everything in all breakfast areas, kitchen, all kitchen equipment, all dry storage areas very clean and organizes.
- Achieve required brand training in a timely manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other duties assigned by Manager
- During the shift, being able to drive the shuttle van as mentioned above for guest pick and drop off as needed
- Must be able to work weekdays and weekends
Hours per week:
- 25 - 38
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly

Requirements:
Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and be authorized to work in the United States.
