Breakfast Attendant ( Weekends)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding the breakfast menu and provide recommendations as needed.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas post-service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required by hotel operations.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
