Job Summary
The Breakfast Attendant plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by overseeing the breakfast service for guests at the hotel.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Ensure all food and beverage items are stocked and displayed attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service hours
- Greet guests warmly, assist with any inquiries, and provide exceptional service
- Handle food items with care and follow proper food safety protocols
- Operate kitchen equipment such as coffee makers and toasters
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and utensils
