Responsibilities: - Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet area for guests - Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Assist guests with any special dietary needs or requests - Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth breakfast service Qualifications: - Previous experience in food handling or meal preparation is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards - Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate guest needs - Ability to work well as part of a team Please note that this position may also be referred to as a Breakfast Host/Host or Breakfast Server.
