Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

- Handle clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
