We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Handle carpet cleaning and maintenance as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or preparing light meals when necessary.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning techniques.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
