Responsibilities: - Perform electrical repairs and maintenance tasks - Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams - Welding tasks as needed - Supervise maintenance staff when necessary - Fabricate parts to repair machinery or equipment - Conduct facilities maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work - Maintain and repair mechanical equipment - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders and inventory control Requirements: - Proficient in electrical work and repairs - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics - Welding experience is a plus - Experience supervising maintenance teams - Skilled in fabricating parts for machinery repairs - Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry - Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repair - Strong customer service skills for interacting with staff members - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
