We seek a competent hotel manager on duty to join our operations team.
As a hotel manager on duty, you will lead our resort’s day-to-day operations and ensure guest satisfaction. This includes managing the front desk, housekeeping,, Breakfast and maintanence. You will administer and oversee aspects of the hotel such as, operations, day to day operations, training, and point of contact for upper management.

Objectives of this role
- Promote a positive atmosphere in the hotel while maintaining a professional culture.
- Manage reservations, monitor inventory, and facilitate guest arrivals with room allocations.
- Implement all policies and procedures that upper management has set.
- Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant brand compliance and ownership compliance.
Your tasks
- Oversee routine operations, including front desk, housekeeping, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the physical facilities.
- Train staff members, including front desk clerks, housekeepers, food & beverage team, maintenance workers.
- Addressing guest complaints and concerns, monitoring guest feedback and communicating the information to upper management.
- Manage inventory to meet financial goals and provide leadership to hotel staff members when required.
- Create a memorable customer experience by delivering on guest expectations while exceeding them.
Required skills and qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a hotel manager, hotel operations manager.
- Experience managing a hotel and a large team of staff.
- Demonstrated success in managing regular operations, including guest experience and operational performance.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff members and vendors.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly, such as guest complaints or staff conflicts.
- A keen eye for detail to monitor all aspects of the hotel’s operations, from housekeeping to food & beverage services.
- Must show proof of prior management at hotel.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- 2 years hotel management.
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving understanding and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
