Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Assist in managing front desk operations during peak times to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
