Job Summary
The Comfort Inn Cody is seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time with a wage of $16-$16.50/hour. Uniforms provided, hotel and restaurant discounts. Medical, dental and vision insurance available after waiting period.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or information requests.
- Maintain services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
