The Gold Award Winning Comfort Inn Duncansville - Altoona is seeking to hire Front Desk Agent. Any customer service experience is welcomed. Hotel experience is a plus, but not required to apply for the job. The job can be part-time or full-time. The shifts will either be 4-12 or overnight midnight to 8:00 AM.
Computer knowledge, customer service skills, flexible schedule, and a positive attitude are certainly a few of the qualities we are looking for in our new hire. We offer competitive wages, vacation, and hotel discounts across the US.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, making phone reservations, balancing the cash drawer at the end of the day, taking care of our guest's needs and upholding our very high standards of customer service.
