AM Front Desk Part Time

Comfort Inn Fort Collins is looking for a responsible, and qualified front desk clerk available multitask with side work while welcoming visitors.

AM Shift / 6am-2pm - Availability on weekend.

As front desk clerk you will be responsible for greeting guests and completing the registration process to include, but not limited to, inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirmation of guest information and room rate, selection of rooms, coding electronic keys, handling money, processing credit and debit cards and ensuring guest knows location of room and hotel amenities. Also respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Assisting guests with check-out including, but not limited to, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted. Ultimately, the perfect candidate would be courteous, upbeat, and friendly. Local knowledge of Fort Collins and the surrounding area is helpful. Hotel experience is preferred but not necessary. Job Requirements Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Background and Drug Screen are required.
