Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and cancellations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
