What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician (part-time) position at Comfort Inn Marion NC?
We are looking for a full or part-time maintenance technician for our hotel.
Regular job duties include, but are not limited to the following;
- Oversee the overall preventative maintenance of the facility
- Maintain the pool and taking water samples
- Changing batteries in door locks
- Replacing light fixtures and receptacles
- Repairing and replacing in-room PTAC units
- Cleaning drains and inspecting plumbing
The maintenance technician is responsible for repairing any issues on the property reported by the front office, management, or ownership; as well as any additional tasks assigned at the discretion of hotel management or ownership.
Flexible, as-needed part-time schedule. On call is required. Close proximity to the hotel is preferred for fast response.
Experience in a similar role or related line of work is a MUST. Please only apply if you have some form of related experience.
