What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Comfort Inn Marion NC?
We are searching for a full time night auditor for our hotel.
Night auditor duties include but are not limited to;
- Check guests in/out
- Answer guest questions
- Take reservations over the phone
- Handle guest requests and complaints to the best of your ability
- Ensure that all guest information including payment information, phone numbers, addresses, and names are correct
- Perform night audit
- Start breakfast
- Sweep/Mop/Vacuum in the lobby and office
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Look after the property to ensure safety and security
The ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, reliable, organized, hard-working, can follow simple rules, and can take pride in their work.
Experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
Candidate must have their own form of reliable transportation, be able to commute to work, and hold a valid US driver's license.

- - 1st Shift 8AM-4PM (if needed)
- - 2nd Shift 4PM-12AM (if needed)
- - 3rd Shift 12AM-8AM
32-40 hours of one-on-one paid training provided for all new hires.
