What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent/Front Desk position at Comfort Inn Marion?
Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Performs all Front Desk related functions including but not limited to
- Customer Service
- Sales
- Checking guests in/out
- Promoting company programs
- Maintaining guest records
- Running nightly reports
- Cash handling
- Handling customer issues in professional manner
- May be asked to perform duties of other departments if necessary such as laundry.
- Required to wear a uniform
- Requires multitasking
- Any other task deemed necessary by Management
Shifts will be: 3pm-11pm
Holidays and weekends are required.
Customer Service experience preferred but not required.
