What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Night Shift position at Comfort Inn Marion?
Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Performs all Front Desk related functions including but not limited to
- Customer Service
- Sales
- Checking guests in/out
- Promoting company programs
- Maintaining guest records
- Running nightly reports
- Cash handling
- Handling customer issues in professional manner
- May also assist with set up of Breakfast which may include food preparation, set up, service and/or cleaning after service.
- May be asked to perform duties of other departments if necessary
- Required to wear a uniform
- Requires multitasking
- Any other task deemed necessary by Management
Shifts 11pm - 7am
Weekends and Holidays are required
Customer Service experience preferred.
