The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue by attracting and retaining leisure, corporate, and group business.
The Sales Manager will be directly involved in executing aspects of the Sales and Marketing plans to surpass goals.
Some of the major duties include but are not limited to:
- Making outside sales calls
- Maintaining relationships with established accounts
- Soliciting new business and establishing new accounts
- Assisting in preparing yearly and quarterly sales and marketing budgets
- Maintaining continuous relationship with existing clients
- Offering guests assistance
- Positively representing the organization
Requirements:
Prior hotels sales management experience highly preferred.
Prior experience using Windows-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook highly preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong selling and negotiating skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Superior customer service skills.
Ability to work independently.
May be required to travel.
Use of personal vehicle may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
