Duties
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery, including logic controllers, to ensure optimal performance.
- Assemble products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to meet production specifications.
- Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations throughout the packaging process.
- Fabricate packaging materials as needed, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure they meet company specifications before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a packaging or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while meeting deadlines.
