Summary
As a Shuttle Driver at our hotel, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our guests. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience for visitors, contributing to our mission of outstanding service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Transport guests safely to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent customer service during transport.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with hotel staff to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
- Load and unload luggage and other items as needed during guest transport.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel policies while driving.
- Provide assistance with special requests from guests when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving commercial vehicles is preferred, especially in a hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Ability to load and unload items safely and efficiently.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns is beneficial.
