Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in the upkeep of the hotel’s exterior and interior spaces through painting, landscaping, and general repairs.
