Comfort Inn & Suites Bothell is urgently seeking a FULL-TIME Night Auditor who is outgoing, friendly, and committed to providing outstanding service. While previous hotel experience is preferred, we are prepared to train the right individual. Flexibility is crucial, as the role requires availability to work any day of the week, including holidays. As a front desk associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and delivering a professional and welcoming experience is essential.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with computers
• Comfortable handling phone communications
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments
• Previous customer service experience
• Outgoing and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the front desk without a manager present
• Greet and check guests in and out
• Handle multi-line phone systems
• Create and cancel guest reservations
• Perform additional tasks as needed
• Work the graveyard shift (10:00 pm to 6:00 am), 5 days a week
