Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Read and interpret equipment schematics and manuals
- Conduct facilities maintenance including plumbing repairs and carpentry work
- Preventative Maintenance
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong customer service skills
- Leadership qualities for team collaboration
- Electrical knowledge is a plus
