The Comfort Inn & Suites Crestview is seeking an energetic, passionate, results oriented professional to join our team. If you possess these qualities, we are interested in learning more about you. Our breakfast attendants work scheduled shifts of 5:00am-11:00am and eligible candidates must be able to work starting from 5:00am. We are seeking breakfast attendant for 2 shifts per week, weekends are a MUST. Can work in housekeeping 3 shifts to get full time hours.
Job Description (Breakfast)
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with all guests and co-workers.
- Provides personalized service to all guests.
- Meet and greet guest during our complimentary breakfast as they arrive and thanks them when they depart.
- Explains to guests’ location of beverages, food items, service ware, complimentary newspapers, etc.
- Regularly communicates and converses with all guests.
- Prepares food and beverages according to directions.
- Fully understands and complies with all food safety requirements.
- Sets up breakfast area before guests begin to arrive; displays the food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner according to brand standards/requirements.
- Efficiently replenishes buffet with food, beverages and/or supplies as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness of buffet area throughout the morning by reorganizing and tidying food area as necessary.
- Cleaning table between guests.
- Responsible for keeping inventory stocked by ordering additional food and/or supplies as needed
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner; follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Completes full cleaning list at the end of breakfast. This includes: cleaning of entire breakfast area, washes all dishes, sweeps, mops, restocks, and preps for next day.
- Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work.
- Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
- Performs any other duties as requested by General Manager
Responsibilities (Housekeeping)
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy, including hallways, lobby, and common areas
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or services promptly and courteously
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food service and food preparation is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to handle guest services in a professional and friendly manner
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques for meal preparation
