Housekeeping and Laundry Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring that all laundry services meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or similar environment, demonstrating a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
