**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. This position is for Friday/Saturday/Sunday. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our housekeeping department to provide exceptional cleanliness and service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, hotel operations, and housekeeping management, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
**Duties:**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned regularly.
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure that they meet the hotel's high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure that all areas are clean and maintained.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and utilized.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the housekeeping department.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that the housekeeping department is aligned with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and resolve any issues or complaints related to the housekeeping department.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong background in housekeeping management, including experience with staff management, scheduling, and training.
- Experience with industrial cleaning and floor care procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and maintained.
