We are looking for a hard-working and self-motivated individual to join our team as our Housekeeping Supervisor. Hours are approximately 9am-5pm, with schedule flexibility. The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper and is responsible to ensure that standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service, within established time limitations. Responsibilities:
- Inspect cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas
- Report needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms
- Ensure all room attendants have appropriate supplies and linens
- Assist in cleaning/servicing of guest rooms when necessary
- Assist in processing AM/PM room status reports
- Ensure room attendants linen cart is neat and well organized
- Knowledgeable of hotel facilities and events per staffing levels for customer service goals.
- Solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
- Teach employees importance of, and how to greet guests and courteously solve guest requests
- See that inspection program is consistently maintained
- Assure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed
- Work closely with all other Departments
- Ensure OSHA and ADA policies are adhered to
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
