As our Breakfast Host, you'll be the first friendly face our guests see each day, setting the tone for a pleasant and memorable stay. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable breakfast service, from greeting guests with a smile to maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
What You'll Do:
- Warmly Welcome Guests: Greet each guest with genuine enthusiasm and a friendly smile, providing any necessary assistance.
- Offer Attentive Service: Assist guests with any questions or special requests they may have.
- Maintain Presentation and Cleanliness: Ensure the breakfast buffet and dining area are consistently clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. This includes wiping down tables, clearing dishes promptly, and replenishing food and beverage items as needed.
- Prepare Beverages and Light Items: Assist with preparing coffee, tea, juice, and food items as needed.
- Maintain a Positive and Professional Demeanor: Always present yourself in a professional manner and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Standards: Follow all hotel and health department guidelines for food handling and hygiene.
