Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required to enhance guest comfort.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed to maintain hotel standards.
- Uphold housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient operations within the team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
