Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during the breakfast hours at our hotel. Your primary focus will be on creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked, and assisting guests with their dining needs. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring all food items are displayed attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
- Assist guests with their meal selections, providing recommendations when needed.
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Restock food items as necessary during service to ensure availability for all guests.
- Clean up the breakfast area after service, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hotel environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to prepare coffee and other beverages efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Experience in meal preparation or catering is advantageous.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings on weekends.
