As a Breakfast Attendant at Best Western, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional start to their day. Located in a welcoming environment, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items while providing outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast items according to hotel standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service hours.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast hours.
- Assist guests with any dietary needs or questions regarding menu items.
- Monitor food inventory and report any shortages or issues to management.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and dining areas after service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
