We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agents to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites, West medical center. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service in a hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing personalized service tailored to individual needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within a hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles and practices is an asset.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
