Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items and beverages according to established standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station, including regular cleaning of surfaces and equipment.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and restock items as necessary to ensure availability throughout the breakfast service.
- Ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel, catering, or culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is beneficial.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to work early morning shifts on weekends and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with banquet services is advantageous.
