The Comfort Inn & Suites, Dover is looking for an Experienced Front Desk Associate part time. A hotel front desk associate is the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay. A typical day as a hotel front desk agent, involves reservations, registering and checking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests. This position requires a responsible and reliable person with great customer service skills, be friendly and help our guests have the best stay.
Must be flexible and able to work 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm including weekends and holiday's. Great Pay for the right person. Need to be reliable and responsible and enjoy hospitality.
Start as soon as possible, experience is preferred , but willing to train the right person.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 1 years hotel front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with using the internet and analytical skills.
- Experience with cash handling required.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- Working knowledge of computer and math skills.
- Great team player with a positive attitude.
