Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key part of our hotel's success, you will ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room amenities
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
- Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the appropriate department
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Work efficiently to ensure timely room turnovers
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and efficiency in completing tasks
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing top-tier service
- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages
