- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Manage housekeeping operations efficiently, including scheduling and training staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to maintain quality standards.
- Handle laundry services, ensuring linens are cleaned and presented impeccably.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services.
- Implement floor care procedures to maintain the appearance of carpets and hard surfaces.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to accommodate special guest requests or needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of floor care techniques and custodial practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with laundry operations and equipment is preferred.
- Experience in residential cleaning may be beneficial but not required.
