We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as needed.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with laundry services as required.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.

Skills

• Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices.
• Experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
