We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other necessary items in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and other public areas of the hotel.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed, including floor care and industrial cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
