Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling guest stays.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest information.
- Process payments and provide receipts to guests.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is an advantage.
