Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and necessary supplies.
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas throughout service.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and restock as needed to ensure a seamless breakfast experience.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
