Comfort Keepers is a locally owned and operated licensed home care franchise since 2004. With over 800 Comfort Keepers franchises, we are growing and are ranked in the Top 10 overall. This is a Non-medicare and non-medicaid company. Comfort Keepers is looking for another LPN to join our team and help grow our Brainerd Lakes Area territory. We have a new office in Nisswa.
This position will work M-F 8am-430pm.
LPN will conduct weekly Skilled Nurse Visits, Case Management, communication, and documentation. Position will also coordinate schedule of client shifts and communication with non-licensed staff and clients. this unique position will also include some community outreach, marketing and branding. Requirements
- LPN in the State of Minnesota
- Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
- 12 months experience as a LPN in Home Care or LTC, preferred
- Comfortable learning new software and electronic charting
