What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel CNA position at Comfort Keepers #581?
Comfort Keepers is now hiring a travel CNA. We are a senior home care company. You will travel to client homes to provided one on one care (ADLs and light housekeeping.) Travel CNAs are required to have work availability from 7am to 7 pm Monday - Friday. Travel CNAs will receive assignments in the morning and use an app to view address and Plan of Care. This position is only open to staff who have outstanding attendance required and are able to work in all senior homes including smoking, dogs and cats.
Job Duties
- Assist Seniors and Veterans with all personal care needs as needed One client per shift.
- Travel to client homes. If travel is greater than 45 minutes, you will receive a gas stipend
- Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits
- Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance
- Assist with housekeeping tasks
- Maintain confidentiality regarding each client

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNA with at least 12 months full time Nursing Home experience
- Exceptional Attendance Record History
- Superior customer service
- Work history that show job retention
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Be successful in every client home
- Able to work in all homes including homes with dogs, cats, and a few smokers
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
- Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to drive in all areas of the territories: Litchfield, Clearwater, South Haven, Monticello, Annandale, Watkins
