Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in meeting Home Health Regulatory Requirements
- Conduct in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and provide medical treatments as needed
- Monitor clients' health conditions and progress
- Provide support and education to clients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of North Dakota
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a home care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
