Comfort Keepers is seeking a dedicated, experienced Recruiting and Retention Manager for our Omaha Metro office. At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their home. This person is responsible for ensuring that our Comfort Keepers location is fully staffed with caregivers. Utilizing their organization skills, strong communication and interpersonal relationships, Recruiters are an integral part in ensuring that the staffing needs are met for our office.
Job Summary:
A Comfort Keeper Recruiter plans and executes ongoing and continuous full cycle recruiting plans to ensure that the caregiver labor pool is available to serve the needs of each location’s hiring needs. This individual is team-oriented with excellent communication skills and takes pride in results-driven outcomes and while providing extraordinary customer service. A successful recruiter does not depend on a talent pipeline to fill the needs of the business, but rather, will have a robust recruitment strategy and be actively involved in attracting candidates to Comfort Keepers. This includes community involvement such as, building a relationship with local training schools, and identifying best local sources for attracting caregiver talent. Additionally, Recruiters coordinate the onboarding process for new caregivers. This may include assisting with orientation, creation of employee file records, follow up with new employees to assess their progress, and other duties as assigned. A Comfort Keepers Recruiter and Retention Specialist understands the company mission of “Elevating the Human Spirit” and strives to bring on candidates who emulate that philosophy. Completing 30- and 90-day follow up survey; obtaining updated licenses and registrations; maintaining the caregiver’s digital HR file in data base.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of Associates Degree
· Minimum of 3 years of recruitment related experience.
· General knowledge of employment laws and practices
· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse and varied backgrounds and education levels.
· Exceptional customer service skills and written / verbal communication.
· A valid driver’s license and insurance with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).
· Previous experience in home care industry would be a plus.

Position Physical Demands:
Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone. Office and field work both required.
