Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs.
- Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition to healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as medication reminders and mobility assistance.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to protocols for home community care and hospice care as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all areas are tidy and free from hazards.

Requirements
- Previous experience in home health or caregiving is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong skills in patient observation and the ability to recognize changes in client conditions.
- Knowledge of memory care techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks as part of daily care routines.
- Must be able to prepare meals that meet specific dietary requirements for clients.
- A background in social work or direct support is beneficial but not required.
- Drivers license and insurance required
- Must be 18 or older
