Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services offered.
- Schedule and confirm clients appointments, ensuring optimal use of time slots while accommodating our clients needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage electronic health information systems in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with billing inquiries and be comfortable prescribing care to our clients.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Educate clients on office policies, procedures, and treatment options as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in office management practices, efficient with computers and a willingness to learn about software programs provided.
- Experience in providing medical administrative support, including appointment scheduling and record management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate client records.
