Summary

As an In Home Caregiver at Comfort Keepers, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of seniors and adults who need assistance at home. This position is based in the United States and is essential for delivering compassionate care that promotes independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients' health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Support clients with memory care techniques to promote cognitive engagement.
• Ensure a safe environment by assisting with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in senior care or patient care is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. (training available)
• Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for clients.
• Familiarity with memory care practices is beneficial.
• Must at least be 18 yrs old
• Must have vaild Drivers license and car insurance
