As a Facility Aide/Nursing Aide, you will be an essential part of our care team, providing assistance to seniors in a nursing home and long-term care facility setting. Your role will ensure the comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents by offering compassionate and dedicated care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Provide companionship and support to enhance residents’ quality of life.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying living areas.
- Support residents with transportation and ambulation as needed.
- Monitor and record residents’ conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare staff.
Qualifications:
- PCA, HHA, or CNA license or at least one year of professional caregiving experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation preferred.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Investigation.
Work Location:
- Nursing home and long-term care facility in Aston, PA
- Work close to home in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
