- LPN / RN Position:
- Utilized nursing knowledge and skills in the safe implementation of basic preventative therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care.
- Performs nursing functions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, using established procedures.
- Assists in data collection for client records and contributes to the development of the client/significant other plan of care based on the identified client problems/needs.
- Ensures ongoing coordination of care between the client, caregiver, physician, and other Comfort Keepers staff.

The Requirements:
- Valid GA driver’s license, current car insurance and reliable transportation.
- Current on CPR/First Aid and TB Screening
- We are a drug and smoke free workplace.
- 2 years of RN/LPN experience preferred.
- Clean driving/criminal record
