Key Responsibilities :
Personalized Care : Assist with daily routines such as mobility support, hygiene, and medication reminders while prioritizing client preferences.
Meaningful Companionship : Foster emotional well-being by engaging in conversation, accompanying clients on outings, and creating positive experiences.
Home Support : Help maintain a tidy and comfortable environment through light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
Collaborative Approach : Work closely with families and healthcare teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
Proactive Assistance : Anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, responsive support to enhance their quality of life.
What We Look For :
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to meet client needs, in compliance with California regulations.

Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive pay : $24–$26 per hour (based on experience, availability, and travel).
